Welcome to the Department of Commerce Human Resources Operations Center (DOCHROC), a recently consolidated human resources office within the Herbert C. Hoover Building (HCHB).
Commerce created the center to provide customer-focused, efficient and flexible human resources (HR) service delivery to approximately 3,500 Department employees in seven bureaus, including many domestic field offices across the United States.
