The Office of Training and Knowledge Management (OTKM) provides a variety of information and resource services to Department of Commerce (DOC) managers and employees. This information is designed to enable managers, trainers, and other stakeholders to locate important developmental/training information that provides guidance in measuring training results and in turn empowers all stakeholders to maximize their training experiences.
